2005

This is the serial killer BTK's house in Park City, Kansas. I grew up 4 blocks from him. He was my scoutmaster and taught me knots. Really, it's the truth.

2010

This is the lot where BTK's house used to be. They bulldozed it. I've read a few books on BTK since learning who he was. Seems to me the people you should fear are the people that are just a little too ordinary. Those types freak me out now.

January 2011

We adopted Rosie who was rescued from a puppymill in Virginia. People can be pretty fucking evil.

2012

After a few months she became a dog. There are ways that she still acts, for reasons we don't know, that we can only guess the cause. She has started to play a bit and doesn't cower all the time. We don't think she ever saw the outside of a cage before us.

We are so glad we got her and that we can provide a dog heaven to counter her past life of a forced rape hell.
